Complete gut renovation of a condo located in Union Wharf. The layout and material palette selections were carefully curated to create a minimal look and feel and maximize the experience for our clients, empty nesters that enjoy Boston in summer and Miami in the winter. An immersive design process resulted in a balance of textures in the wood, stone and metals. The goal was to retain the industrial elements of the space while infusing a brighter, contemporary outlook.
