Practical Bathroom Setups Featured on Houzz.com

We were recently featured on Houzz.com along with 31 practical bathroom setups.

The goal of this Jack and Jill Bathroom was to provide ample room for 2 growing Preteen boys as they shuffled through the morning chaos. The footprint was ample and we kept the knee wall to separate the vanity from the Toilet area to provide privacy and obscure the view as you enter the space. The vanity also has a grounded anchor point which enables us to use larger floating drawers. More concealed storage is everyone’s best friend right? Double sinks are a must for a Jack + Jill Bathroom.

The palette was kept fresh to create a look that would work as they grew older. The pendants are playful and can be easily swapped out as they enter their teenage years.

The rift cut oak vanity is a custom designed and fabricated mill-work piece where both drawers are functional. Tiles are a glass subway from Ann Sacks, a company we frequently work with. The fixtures are a mix of Kohler and Toto, again our go to companies.

We selected this palette to continue the MidCentury theme we adopted for this client and their Midcentury ranch. Fresh, bright and playful!
